New AcKroNiC (5.4) is ready - I hope that timing is good.

Please let me know if you want me to present it on official site - or (as it used to be), it will be presented by AcK team. After all is done (obviously download links at AcK site, official site announcement and so) - dyndns should be updated.

I've decided against further changes before 5.4 - since next changes (mainly upload slots being sorted and updated) tests are likely to take a while and the changes might be controversial. AcKroNiC being sort of national mod should not draw fire (once validated obviously code changes will be applied).
