+ Client has to be receiving for more than 5 minutes
+ Avg block ratio has to be >= 80% or >= 90% in last 20 sec

rispondo anche qui, ma evitiamo di creare topic paralleli, è normale che il vecchio file DLL non vada bene, sarebbe strano il contrario (a volte però va bene)

ATTENTION: The darkforge translation has not been approved by me. I strongly recommend not to use it as it might contain malicious code and cause instability of the program. That translation is not part of the Mephisto project!
